Grade 8 £50,590 rising incrementally to £52,447
35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Based in Congress House
This role offers an opportunity to work on a broad range of issues relating to the TUCs Campaign Plan including advocating policies in support of young people at work, enhancing trade union voice in public service reform and promoting our great jobs agenda across all regions of the country.
The successful candidate will also need to demonstrate:
Experience in policy development and promotion on issues related to public services and young people
Organising work with unions, community groups or other similar organisations
Highly developed written and presentational skills
Good ICT skills
Ability to digest large volumes of information and present complex information clearly and concisely
Sound knowledge of public policy issues relating to public services
