Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw)
Pay £12.00 per hour (Salary £23,464 per annum) with great benefits.
Must hold a current full UK Driving Licence

We have a fabulous job opportunity for you to join us as a Neighbourhood Assistant in Teesside, Durham and Sunderland.
You will be the 'face' of Home Group within our estates and communities, covering a dedicated patch. Responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of our communal areas within our communities you'll be organised and an effective communicator and able to prioritise your workload to ensure Home Group always maintains its service to our customers.
As Neighbourhood Assistant, you will be responsible for identifying and repairs and health and safety issues and you will have an effective and supportive relationship with our customers and the wider Housing Management team to be solution focussed.

About you
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to deal with demanding and occasionally difficult customer.
Have the confidence to try something new/give it a go.
Act on your ideas and make things happen.
Great listening skills.
Be organised and have good time management skills.
Due to limits on our current certificates of sponsorship, we are not able to offer sponsorship to external candidates for this role. This remains under regular review.
About the team
You will join our dedicated team, Micky, John and Dave who are all super passionate about providing the highest level of service to our customers. You will work on a rolling rota basis and be expected to travel across the region. Don't worry about transport, the team have their own vans!
Job Details
Neighbourhood Assistants cover approximately 50 communal blocks across Teesside, Durham and Sunderland.
Working Monday-Friday 8am - 4pm.
Travel is required, you must hold a current full UK Driving Licence.
You'll need a Standard DBS check done and we pay for that.
