role summary

The Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority (HFEA) regulates fertility treatments and embryo research in the UK.
The Secretary of State for Health and Social Care wants to appoint two new board members.
One will be a professional expert in fertility medicine.
One will be a lay member, a person without clinical experience.
One of the members will also be the Chair of the Audit and Governance Committee (AGC).
