role summary

You will lead the Teifi Demonstrator Programme.
This project helps bring back the Teifi river and its area.
You will work with nature, culture, and local people.
The project is funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund.
It aims to tackle climate change and help wildlife.

key tasks

Lead a small team and many partner groups.
Manage the project’s money, legal rules, and work plans.
Find new ideas to reach project goals.
Make sure the project helps nature and people in Wales.

skills and experience

You need to have experience managing big projects.
You should be good at handling money and rules.
You need to work well with different groups of people.
You should care about nature and culture.

£ pay and hours

The job is fixed-term until 31 March 2028.
Flexible working is supported.
You will work near your home.
You may work part from home and part in the office.

location and workplace

You will be based in the nearest Natural Resources Wales (NRW) office.
NRW is the organisation running the project.
Meetings will mostly be online using Microsoft Teams.
Some face-to-face meetings or training happen too.
