role summary

You will work as a Resource Planning Manager.
Your main job is to help teams use people and resources well.
At first, you will focus on the Delivery directorate.
You will design easy ways for managers to plan and use resources.
You help make sure work runs smoothly without delays.

key tasks

Create clear ways to share people and tools across teams.
Lead the Access Resource Planner system for the trust.
Help teams use resources without wasting time or money.
Check how resources are used and find ways to improve.
Make a clear plan for managing resources across the trust.

skills and experience

Experience with resource planning and reporting.
Good at helping teams through change.
Know about project management and resource best practices.
Strong skills in solving problems and analysing information.
Good at talking and working with different people.
Able to work safely with children, young people and adults at risk.

£ pay and hours

Part-time: 22.5 hours per week.
Flexible working hours can be discussed.
Salary: £49,287 per year (pro-rata for part-time).
