role summary

Help schools and communities in the North and Midlands.
Make streets safer and nicer for walking, cycling, and wheeling.
Work full time until March 31, 2027.
Based in Sefton, Merseyside.

key tasks

Plan activities to encourage walking, cycling, and wheeling.
Work with local leaders and groups.
Support and guide volunteers and colleagues.

skills and experience

Experience working with children and young people.
Know about safety and risk to keep people safe.
Good communication skills, both talking and writing.
Able to solve problems and work on your own.
Can motivate and support others.
Enjoy working as part of a team.
Care about the safety and wellbeing of children, young people, and adults.

£ pay and hours

£29,835 per year (less if part time).
37.5 hours per week.
Flexible working can be discussed.

location and workplace

Based in Sefton, Merseyside.
Travel to schools and community places as needed.
