You will be the Head of Design & Development.
You will help make better money and pension advice for people across the UK.
You will work with a team to create learning programmes and tools.
You will help improve how people learn about money at all ages.

key tasks

Lead the design of learning and skill-building programmes.
Work with many organisations and partners.
Use research and policy to make good new ideas.
Help improve how money advice is given to millions of people.
Guide and support your team.

skills and experience

Experience in leading learning and skills programmes.
Good at working with different people and teams.
Can turn complex information into easy-to-understand ideas.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Passionate about making money advice fair and useful for all.

£ pay and hours

This is a senior leadership role.
You will work 4 days a month in Bedford.

location and workplace

Work mainly in Bedford, UK.
You will join the Guidance & Education Systems (GES) team.
You will work with people from different organisations.
