You will be the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Hollybank Trust.
Hollybank Trust helps children, young people, and adults with very serious disabilities.
You will lead the organisation to grow and improve.
You will make sure people are safe, respected, and included.
You will work with the board to plan the future.

Lead and inspire the whole organisation.
Make sure services are high quality and safe.
Help the organisation grow and find new money.
Work with partners and build new opportunities.
Support and lead staff teams well.

You must have been a leader in a complex organisation before.
You should understand money and business well.
You need to be able to create plans and new ideas.
You must care deeply about helping people with disabilities.
Be confident, kind, and able to keep going in hard times.
