role summary

You will be the lead advisor and Senior Investigative Officer at NRW.
You will manage and guide complex investigations.
You will give advice and make sure investigations are done well.
You must know the technical and legal rules for investigations.

key tasks

Lead investigations and give advice on how to do them.
Check that investigations follow important laws.
Travel across Wales to visit places for investigations.
Drive to locations where public transport does not work.

skills and experience

Have experience in leading investigations.
Know about legal standards for investigations.
Hold a full, current UK driving licence.
Be able to work both at home and in the office.

£ pay and hours

You will work flexible hours.
You will agree on a working plan with your manager.

location and workplace

You will be based at the nearest NRW office to your home.
You will work some days at home and some in the office.
Face to face meetings and training will be planned in advance.
