role summary
You will lead a global team that builds and improves ways to detect cyber attacks.
The team works in different countries: UK, Netherlands, Australia, and the Philippines.
You will make sure detection is excellent and meets client needs.
You will work with other leaders to improve detection methods continuously.
key tasks
Lead a global team to build and improve detection tools for our cyber security services.
Help set goals and direction for our technology platforms.
Manage senior engineers and support their teams across different technologies like EDR, NDR, and SIEM.
Work with other teams to use information from experts to improve detection.
Keep clients informed about the detection coverage they receive.
Develop new ways to use data science to detect cyber attacks better.
skills and experience
Experience with detection engineering using SIEM, EDR, and NDR technologies.
Experience working in a global and changing environment.
Good communication skills, both speaking and writing.
Able to work well with clients and colleagues to improve service.
Knowledge of using data science in cyber security.
Good leadership skills to support and encourage the team.
