role summary

Lead a global team working in the UK, Netherlands, Australia, and Philippines.
Create and improve ways to detect cyber attacks using MXDR technology.
Work with other leaders to keep detection methods strong and market leading.
Make sure clients get clear and accurate detection with few mistakes.

Manage a global team that builds and updates detection logic.
Be part of leadership teams to guide technology plans.
Ensure detection methods cover advanced cyber attacks well.
Help teams share information to build better detection systems.
Use data science to improve detection and reduce false alerts.
Provide clients with clear information on detection coverage.

skills and experience

Know about detection engineering with technology like SIEM, EDR, and NDR.
Experience working in global, multi-cultural companies.
Good communication skills, both speaking and writing.
Ability to work with clients and teams to improve services.
Understanding of using data science in cyber security.
Be a good leader who supports and guides the team.
