role summary

You will help create and run our global employee benefits.
You will work with the Reward Director to make sure benefits fit local needs in many countries.
You will manage benefit brokers and support retirement plans like 401(k) in the US.
Your work will help attract and keep good staff and support their health and wellbeing.

key tasks

Plan and improve benefits, making sure they follow laws and meet local rules.
Work with HR teams to launch and explain benefits.
Manage brokers and benefits suppliers, controlling costs and service quality.
Support retirement plans and pensions across different countries.
Work with teams like HR, Finance, and Legal to deliver great benefits.
Look for ways to improve benefits to help all staff.
Make sure benefits are fair and meet the needs of all workers.

skills and experience

Good knowledge of global employee benefits and rules.
Experience in managing projects and working with teams in many countries.
Strong communication and good at explaining benefits clearly.
Able to work with different teams and outside partners.
Experience with benefits systems like Workday or ADP.
Good at using Excel and PowerPoint for reports and data.
