role summary

You will help plan political ideas and messages.
You will work with leaders and important people in the government.
Your job is to help more people walk, cycle, and use wheelchairs safely.
You will work part time, 21 hours each week.
This is a maternity cover job, mostly from home or London office.

key tasks

Lead work with UK government and other regions.
Build strong relationships with government and partners.
Advise senior leaders on risks and opportunities.
Lead the media and communications team.
Help plan campaigns with the marketing team.

skills and experience

Experience working with the UK government.
Good at giving advice to leaders on politics and communication.
Able to work well with other partners.
Can manage media and protect the group’s good name.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Able to keep children and adults safe.

£ pay and hours

The pay is £58,212 a year, but less because this is part time.
You will work 21 hours each week.
Flexible working hours are possible.

location and workplace

Work mostly from home or a London office.
You need to live close enough to travel if needed.
