You will be the Associate Director for Digital at the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
DBS helps keep people safe in health, education, social care, and policing.
You will lead digital changes to make DBS services better and easier to use.
This is an important leadership role working with many teams.

Create and follow a clear digital plan for DBS.
Make sure digital services are easy to use and secure.
Work with different teams to improve digital services.
Use user-centred design to meet people's needs.
Help change the DBS culture to become more modern and digital.
Lead big digital projects and work with partners.

Good at making plans that match company goals.
Can influence and work well with senior leaders.
