Help decide the future of healthcare in Bath, Swindon and Wiltshire.
Work with three NHS trusts as one group.
Bring your ideas and lived experience to improve local health services.
Be part of the group’s Board to guide big decisions.

Help make sure services are safe and sustainable.
Challenge ideas in a positive way to improve care.
Work with others to meet goals for patients and communities.

skills and experience

Senior experience in healthcare, public, private or community sectors.
Good at thinking strategically and asking questions.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Commitment to fairness, equality and inclusion.
Experience in clinical work, public health, or innovation is a plus.
NHS experience is helpful but not needed.
