role summary

Join Natur am Byth, a big project to save nature in Wales.
Work with the Programme Manager and partner groups.
Help protect Wales’ rare animals and plants.
Lead important parts of the project.
Help share what the project achieves with others.

key tasks

Watch progress and report to funders.
Help manage contractors and partners.
Organise events like conferences and webinars.
Work on finance, rules, and audits.
Support Welsh language and nature connection projects.

skills and experience

Good at managing projects and people.
Able to work with different groups.
Interested in nature and conservation.
Organised and good at planning.
Can communicate clearly and share information.

£ pay and hours

Fixed-term job until 31 October 2027.
Possible extension or permanent job later.
Flexible working hours agreed after hiring.

location and workplace

Based at an office of Natural Resources Wales (NRW).
Work can be a mix of office and home (hybrid).
Regular meetings and training planned in advance.
