role summary

You will lead cybersecurity tests called Red Team exercises.
These tests simulate real cyber attacks on clients’ systems.
You help find and fix security weaknesses.
You also mentor junior team members and talk to clients.
You must keep all work safe and confidential.

key tasks

Plan and run advanced cyber attack tests following official rules.
Use special tools and create scripts to test security.
Explain risks and keep clients updated clearly.
Write easy-to-understand reports with your findings.
Give presentations to security teams and company leaders.
Work alone or with a team on different projects.
Help improve Red Team skills and tools.
Share knowledge with less experienced staff.

skills and experience

Strong experience running complex cyber attack tests.
Good knowledge of how cyber attacks work.
Skills in avoiding security detections (like EDR).
Comfortable talking to technical staff and senior leaders.
Good writing skills for reports.
Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, cloud security, and Mac systems.
Experience with security rules like CBEST or TIBER is a plus.
Professional certifications are welcomed.
