role summary

You will lead security tests called Red Team engagements.
These tests help find and fix cyber risks for big companies.
You will work on all steps of a cyber attack simulation.
You will keep the tests safe and private.
You will help improve our tools and teach newer team members.
You will talk with company leaders and clients about your work.

key tasks

Plan and run advanced Red Team simulations.
Make sure tests follow rules and are safe.
Use tools to work around security defenses.
Write clear reports for both tech and non-tech people.
Give presentations to security teams and bosses.
Work alone or with others on projects.
Help with sales talks and planning.
Share knowledge and improve our methods.
Teach and support junior team members.

skills and experience

Strong experience in Red Team cybersecurity testing.
Know the steps hackers use to break systems.
Good at avoiding security software.
Able to talk to both technical staff and top managers.
Good at writing reports in English.
Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, cloud services, MacOS.
Nice to have experience with UK and EU testing rules.
Qualifications like CREST red team certifications are a plus.
