role summary
You will help keep our computers and technology safe.
You will look for risks and stop cyber attacks.
You will support teams with security advice.
This is a remote job with some travel in the West Midlands.
key tasks
Manage and check security on computer endpoints using Tanium and Sentinel One.
Setup and update security software.
Watch system to keep it working well.
Work with other teams to improve security.
Check if security rules are followed.
Fix problems with security tools.
Train staff on security tools and good practices.
Keep up to date with new security software and threats.
skills and experience
Experience with Tanium and other security tools.
Knowledge of cyber security and how computers work.
Can write simple scripts in PowerShell or Python.
Know Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems.
Good at solving problems and talking with others.
Can work alone and in teams.
