role summary

You will be the Group Financial Controller at NCC Group.
You will lead finance teams like Tax, Treasury, and Transactional Finance Services.
Your job is to make sure money matters are correct and follow laws.
You will work with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and others to improve finance systems.
You will help make finance work easier and faster using technology.

key tasks

Manage financial reports every month and year.
Make sure financial records are accurate and follow rules called IFRS.
Work with external auditors for company checks.
Lead tax work, cash and banking control, and finance services in Manila.
Improve finance processes and use computer systems like Workday.
Lead and support finance teams and advise senior managers.

skills and experience

You must be a certified accountant (like ACA or ACCA).
You need strong experience in finance control and financial reporting.
You should know about tax, treasury, and managing finance teams.
Good skills in using finance software and improving finance work are needed.
Experience in big companies and international work is good.
