Flood Risk Asset Performance Team Member

Are you ready to make a real difference in protecting communities from the impacts of flooding?

We're looking for a motivated and technically minded individual to join our Asset Performance team, covering North Wales. Based from one of our many offices across the area, you'll work alongside a team of skilled Engineers and Technicians who plan, manage and maintain vital flood risk assets, everything from embankments and flood walls to tidal gates and pumping stations.

Using your technical ability and a keen eye for data and GIS systems, you'll help develop targeted investment programmes to ensure our assets remain resilient against both current and future flood risks. Out in the field, you'll survey and monitor asset performance, compiling inspection reports that shape our maintenance and improvement plans.

As an organisation we support flexible working.  You will be contracted to an NRW office within the place base / location above and a suitable hybrid working pattern will be agreed on appointment. Any regular face to face meetings or training will be planned in advance.
