We have two exciting Facilities Apprentice opportunities available, with one position based in Llandarcy and one in St Mellons, Cardiff. As part of our Facilities South team, you will gain hands on experience across a diverse property portfolio while working towards a Level 3 Facilities Management Apprenticeship.

This is more than an apprenticeship. It is an opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, develop practical skills and play a key role in supporting the workplaces that enable Natural Resources Wales to deliver its vital services. From helping maintain safe and compliant buildings to supporting customers, colleagues and contractors, you will gain valuable experience across all aspects of Facilities Management.

Working alongside a supportive and knowledgeable team, you will build the skills, confidence and experience needed to develop a successful career in Facilities Management, while making a real contribution from day one.

This role requires regular travel to NRW sites across South Wales to support the delivery of Facilities Management services. As a result, you must hold a full, current UK driving licence and be able to travel independently between locations.
As an organisation we support flexible working. You will be contracted to the NRW office at the above location and a suitable hybrid working pattern will be agreed on appointment. Any regular face to face meetings or training will be planned in advance.
