Salary / Rate of Pay: 45,000 - 50,000 + Excellent Tips + Bonus + Possible Live In

Our client is a well-established, independent dining pub with rooms near Hunstanton, renowned for delivering high-quality seasonal food in a relaxed and welcoming setting. As Head Chef, you'll have full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the kitchen, leading a talented brigade while maintaining exceptional food standards and driving the business forward.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, motivating and developing the kitchen team.
• Creating and evolving seasonal menus using fresh, quality ingredients.
• Managing all kitchen operations and ensuring smooth service.
• Controlling food GP, stock, ordering and kitchen budgets.
• Recruiting, training and mentoring chefs.
• Maintaining exceptional food quality and presentation.
• Ensuring food hygiene and health & safety standards are met.
• Working closely with senior management to continue developing the food offering.
