The Company

We are currently collaborating with a main contractor & that has expertise in a wide range of sectors including Commercial, Residential, Educational, Health Authority and Leisure.

Established over 30 years ago, the company now turnover in the region of 30 million and they have established a long track record of great performance within London and the Home Counties.

They are ideally suited for construction works from planned maintenance to 7.5 million new build, refurbishment or fit out works.

The Role

our client is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their expanding team.

The successful candidate will oversee a portfolio of refurbishment and construction projects, including Grade II listed buildings, cut and carve refurbishments, and healthcare schemes, with project values typically ranging from 300,000 to 2 million.

Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage multiple construction projects from pre-construction through to completion
• Oversee project teams to ensure works are delivered safely on time and within budget
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
• Monitor programme performance, quality standards and commercial objectives
• Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation and company procedures
• Support site teams with planning, resource allocation and problem-solving
• Attend client meetings and provide regular project progress updates
• Identify and manage project risks while ensuring successful project delivery
