We are seeking an experienced Environmental Technical Specialist to play a pivotal leadership role within a growing and ambitious environmental consultancy team. This is a high profile opportunity to shape technical delivery, strengthen client relationships, and build capability within a thriving Aberdeen-based operation.

You will act as the technical lead for environmental support across UK Oil & Gas projects, ensuring high quality consultancy delivery while driving performance, mentoring specialists, and contributing to business growth.

• Leading environmental and sustainability input across major projects
• Providing strategic environmental guidance to clients
• Overseeing and approving high quality technical reports
• Managing project delivery (scope, budget, schedule)
• Supporting bids, proposals and team growth
• Building strong, trusted client relationships

• Extensive experience delivering environmental services within the UK Oil & Gas sector
• Strong knowledge of environmental legislation and industry standards
• Proven ability to lead technical scopes and meet commercial targets
• Confident in client facing and senior stakeholder environments
• Degree qualified in a relevant discipline
• A strong industry network and experience contributing to business development would be advantageous.

• Salary up to £90,000
