Job Description

Navan is seeking a Senior Director, Global Event Travel to lead Navan and Reed & Mackay's end-to-end event travel operations worldwide. You will own strategy, operating model, and performance for online and offline air services, unifying teams under one framework to scale delivery for clients globally.

You will drive a high-performance culture, partner with Product and Engineering to build booking tools, and ensure measurement of performance improvements.
