Job Description

Dr. Martens seeks a Head of Retail to lead the retail channel strategy across markets and align with brand positioning. You will drive profitable growth through estate optimisation, store formats, openings and closures, and an emphasis on consumer-centric experiences.

You will manage cross-functional partnerships with Merchandising, Marketing, E-commerce and Global Supply Chain to deliver connected omnichannel experiences and seasonal activations in fast-paced environments.
