Remuneration: £45,000 - £65,000 + Discretionary bonus

The role of the Estimator - Flat Roofing will involve:
- Estimator position promoting a range of commercial/industrial refurbishments & roofing projects
- Conduct take-offs to support accurate project assessments.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and pricing for flat roofing and construction projects.
- Assist with obtaining and reviewing subcontractor quotations and supplier costs.
- Support contract review meetings with the Contracts Department for secured projects.
- Manage multiple deadlines while maintaining high accuracy, organisation, and quality standards.
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator - Flat Roofing will with:
- Must have extensive experience as an Estimator within a main contractor
- Ideally have experience with flat roofing systems, refurbishment of large scale industrial and commercial projects
- Would be open to a junior who's looking to get a foot in the door within the flat roofing industry
- Proven experience pricing construction projects and preparing tender submissions.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong character that's not afraid to help the team when necessary
- IT literate
